BRIDGE POINT CHURCH EXISTS TO HELP PEOPLE BECOME FULLY DEVOTED FOLLOWERS OF JESUS CHRIST.
AS A COMMUNITY OF BELIEVERS, WE STRIVE TO:
KEEP MOVING toward a fuller and deeper relationship with God through Jesus Christ.
KEEP MAKING disciples so that the body of believers can be equipped to live as God commanded.
KEEP MINISTERING by using the gift(s) that God has given you to serve HIM and the needs of others.
Philip serves as our Youth Minister and works with parents and the church to show youth the truth of God’s word. Philip is married to his sweetheart, Alyssa, and they desire to serve together as a team. They aim to encourage youth who are in love with Jesus Christ and teach them how to defend their faith. Philip has completed one year of biblical training and service at Nicolet Bible Institute in White Lake, WI and is now pursuing his BA in Biblical and Theological Studies at Boyce College. Philip’s purpose as the Youth Minister is to lead the youth in a lifestyle that honors and glorifies Jesus Christ and to put away the worldly passions and pursue righteousness (2 Timothy 2:22).
Pastor John has served as the lead pastor of Bridge Point Church since 2007. He and his wife Jenny have been married for 35 years and have four grown children as well as one granddaughter. Pastor John served as a youth minister for over 12 years and as the head pastor of two other congregations before coming to Green Bay from the greater Milwaukee area where he started two churches in Waukesha County. For 35 years he and Jenny have been involved in ministry that has taken them through three states and almost a dozen countries as they endeavored to lead others to follow Christ fully. Missions work has always been at the forefront of ministry for John and Jenny. They have worked on short-term missions trips and served on local, district, and national ministry boards and committees. It is the passion for getting into Christ’s work without reservation or reserve that drives the ministry of Pastor John and Jenny and has impacted their work at Bridge Point Church.
