GET: 1 Clue Finder, Scissors and Bible

SAY: We are going to spend some time reviewing the first eight books of the Bible,
Genesis-Ruth. I will ask a question, then pass around the Clue Finder. There is a clue
to the answer inside the Clue Finder! You can look inside to figure out the answer.
We will also use our Bibles to help us find the correct answer.
Gather These Supplies: 1 Bucket (Filled with Water), 2Water Bottles (Submarines), Several Weights (Rocks or Marbles), 1 Towel (Place under Bucket)

Parent's Note: This activity is called “Don’t Sink our Submarine!” Use the water bottles as submarines. Keep the lid on the water bottles in case they tip sideways and accidentally take on water thus sinking too soon. Ask the following questions to each team.
When a team answers a question correctly, they can add a little water, a rock or marble to the other team’s submarine. The first team to sink the other team’s submarine will win the competition!
ACTIVITY
SAY: Let’s play “Don’t Sink our Submarine!” We are going to use the 2 water bottles that I have placed in our bucket of water as our submarines. I will divide you into two teams. Each time your team answers a question correctly you can add a little bit of water, or a rock or marble, to the other team’s submarine. The team that sinks the other team’s submarine first will win today’s competition.
